Core strength refers to the muscles around the center of your body, most importantly your spine.  Though you may not realize how important your spine is, it affects your entire body.  Your spine houses all of the central nerve endings in your body.  The health of your spine greatly determines your overall health and well being.

A strong core improves posture, alignment and protection while engaging in everyday activities.  Not to mention that building core strength also trims and tightens your body in just the right places to keep you looking and feeling great.  Our personal trainers offer a multitude of exercises to achieve a rock solid core at home.
